DIY Zip Tie Bracelet Tutorial. Perfect for kids because they can help make them and if they lose them there won’t be a lot of tears (on the part of parents). Tutorial from  Mark Montano’s Big Ass Blog on Think Crafts! here. *I got a life time sized package of colored zip ties from Costco for about $12.

DIY Thrifted Shirt into Pencil Skirt Tutorial. Because this shirt was made out of stretchy fabric it was easy to turn it into a skirt. Tutorial from Trash to Couture here.  *Love the on trend semi-photo realistic graphics.

Materials
Chain
Metal split rings I used 2mm
Fish lock
CD
Scissors
Thumb tack
Glitters
Clear nail polish
Procedures
1. Make a pattern of a triangle. Cut out the pattern on you desired size then transfer it to a CD
2. Cut out the pattern, make 6 pcs of triangles.
3. Now you already have small triangles, put hole in each side of the triangle. (This is the hardest part -_-). After putting holes insert 2 metal rings in each side.

4. Apply clear nail polish then pour some glitters. Let it dry then apply again nail polish then pour some more glitters. Repeat the process until you get your desired design. Apply another clear nail polish on top to avoid fall offs.
5. Let it dry for about 20 mins.
6. Cut the chain for about 13 inches or whatever you desire.
7. Put metal rings in each side of the chain then in one end of it put a fish lock.
8. Now the final procedure is to put the triangles.

DIY Hair Necklace | The Beauty Department
I usually only post DIYs that I myself would want to do, but I gotta be honest - putting this in my hair would end up a massive, knotty disaster. But I love it so much I had to share it anyway! It reminds me of the very popular trend of long dangly ear cuffs that are everywhere at the moment. This does require a little skill - mainly using the pliers to open and close the loops of the chain - but once you get the hang of it you’ll be addicted to jewelry making and there’s no turning back! Haha!
